I do a solo episode and I'm getting a little out there folks! I've had a massive spiritual and energetic shift this past year.  Partly through external clarity, and partly because of internal work, focus, energy work, and diving deep into my intuition. I get into chronic pain and my body's manifestation of it as a signal to me about how I'm treating myself and habits that I may need to change.  I've dealt with this for several decades and become really in tune with my body and not only view it as a physical being with physical parts, but as a message centre for my consciousness.  A message centre to let me know when things may need to change in my processes. I also dive into the impact my personal work, and also Kim's massive shift and transformation she has personally made, and how that has positively impacted our relationship.  it's affecting us, our children, and what we want from our lives. I'm operating differently.  And it's been needed.  I hope me sharing this can enlighten you in your own journey.
