“Kim and Jamie, I want to say thank you for bringing some joy to my day, some laughter along the way and making me believe that there is still so much good in my life and an opportunity to create more. I’ve struggled my entire life with anxiety, then came panic attacks, digestive issues and a lot of self doubt, self pity , self hate and sadness.On those days, I find it so humbling and lifting my mood to listen to you both even when Jamie gives his views at times without sugar coating … cause sometimes we really need it.
In one of the latest episodes you talked about doing the sensitivity test and I am definitely in need of that but first I am putting all that I have in helping my teen who just had one of those done and to our surprise he is sensitive to all his favourite foods.. When naturopath suggested it i immediately said yes because I also remembered Kim speaking about how you started your days with most of the triggering foods and I’m so glad we did. Another thing I’m starting to implement is daily writing my thoughts, I got a notepad out and I’m trying to get my thoughts out, don’t always know what to write but I’ve started with how I feel and what my goals are… hopefully in time I’ll get better at this thing called living to my fullest potential but I know when I do , you both will be there in the sidelines unaware of it all but in my thoughts, my cheering squad. Thank you for being real and in process helping us all realize that we’re all here just doing are best and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel…”
