My partner doesn't like to talk about marriage
Listen now
Description
In this episode, we talk about steps to take if you are in a relationship where the other party is averse to talking about marriage. Might be excusable the first year (even though the start of a relationship must have an agreed destination, even if something happens along the line), but becomes a point of concern if by the second, third+ years there is still no word or hint of walking into marriage. I do not believe that we were made to court for long or just 'see how things go', asides the tendency to become complacent over time, there is high tendencies that you might fall into temptation and that can be avoided if we just allow the Holy Spirit lead us per time; including when to enter a relationship and even when to marry. While it is up to a couple to decide when to marry, it is important that it is a mutual agreement at every point in time, rather than one person hanging and wondering when the other party might be ready.
