Show up. Commit. Be fully present for your those you care about. Not just on the phone but in person. Show up...care. Just follow through. Your bad times are temporary; So when you're up, enjoy it, bask in it, and be grateful for it. And when you're down, know you will get through it. Know that it's not the end, and that it's just a rough patch. Life is full of twists and turns, ups and downs, and surprises.

This whole Story for me is one of GROWTH. Without some divine intervention I may have never met Kyle. If Kyle never confronts the man in the mirror an become more than what he was to be all he has become this episode never gets done.
