Episode 003 / Jane Schumann / Gluten-Free
Excellent podcast and, more importantly, informative with respect to eating Gluten-Free/Rheumatoid Arthritis. My step-daughter started in this regimen a few months ago and, after listening to this Episode, I encouraged her to, also, listen -- which she did! It is very clear to me, as an older woman, that what I eat is extremely important to my overall health. Thankfully I do not suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis but do have extensive arthritis in both of my knees as well as my back. To assist me in combating the debilitating pain of arthritis, I'll be trying many of the suggestions given by Ms. Schumann. I will be listening whenever Dr. Anh has a Podcast scheduled -- it's clear that what you put in your mouth has a great deal to do with your body as a whole! Excellent!Read full review »

I just don't understand why so many people go to the trouble of creating a professional podcast, yet the sound is not crystal clear....Read full review »
