Must Do Wellness Habits - Super Informative
This is such a great podcast to support those at any stage of their health and wellness journey. I loved Zoe’s point about stepping outside to start your day and getting your body exposed to sunlight and fresh air if you have no time to get out on a walk! This podcast left me understanding more about how we catch colds but more so, how to prevent and come back from being run down! Love the approach to the real foods, over constant supplementation! Keep the podcasts coming Rhi! Love them!
