I’ve been listening to this podcast since November’ 20 and I need to say that it truly changed the way I think and know about nutrition.
It not only helped me a lot with my mental health and relationship with food but moreover educated me on so many topics.
I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone, no matter if you are an beginner or an expert in nutrition, you will always learn something new.
