LITERALLY changed my life
So I always had questions about health, needed advice on especially sport nutrition, and wanted to get thru the “what is right or wrong” or clear the myths about certain food topics. I’ve been listening to this podcast since November’ 20 and I need to say that it truly changed the way I think and know about nutrition. It not only helped me a lot with my mental health and relationship with food but moreover educated me on so many topics. I HIGHLY recommend this to everyone, no matter if you are an beginner or an expert in nutrition, you will always learn something new. Aaand I just really enjoy this on my walks or car drives. I also LOVE her “simple way to fuel fitness” book and thinking about getting her other books too 😍 Thank you SO much Rhiannon & your Team!! ❤️

Rhiannon has had such fantastic guests to join her so far, all from very different backgrounds which has made it all the more interesting. A very nice easy listen whilst still being very informative, and as for Rhiannon, her positivity is just simply contagious even just listening to her 😊
