Tia has worked on a broad range of creative, food-based projects, from concept development for Walt Disney and Bien Cuit Bakery, to restaurant and retail programs for Murray’s Cheese and Lucy’s Whey. Her new book is titled The Art of the Cheese Plate: Pairings, Recipes, Style, Attitude. Also in the studio is Ryan Sutton, chief food critic for Eater NY, discussing his latest reviews of Le Coucou, Olmsted, and Emmy Squared.
