The best around
The regular Monday and Thursday pods offer some of the most insightful coverage of English, European and Global football around. Aside from all the Prem coverage you’d expect, Footba corner, Sid’s ham garage and Lukas Podolski’s kebab shop are all regular features. Bandini’s Serie A coverage is a but too pro-Juve, but you can’t win them all; would possibly be made better if they had multiple correspondents for European leagues, rather than always getting the same perspective. But with the irregular midweek specials, they’ve come into their in a whole new sphere. Proper long-form journalism, that we don’t often associate with sport, but in Pod form. The recent episode around the Trinidad & Tobago board being a fine example.
