Everyone needs to listen to this!
Often times I am led a stray by my thoughts, expectations, and life events but listening to this podcast reminds me what is real, not just in climbing but in every day life. Kathy has this amazing ability to capture the essence and beauty of climbing. Talking about the hard stuff (trauma, injuries, racism, loss, depression, and etc) is just as important as as celebrating the successes. What would climbing be without all the tears, scrapes, and bruises? What Kathy has created was not just a space to have these conversations but a space that creates acceptance in ourselves and each other. A space where we can learn the depths of being human. So yes this is not a climbing podcast because it is so much more! I can’t wait for future episodes!!
