The audio was fantastic, but just the first act is a tease. I wish they would have included the link to download the second half. I couldn't seem to find it on their website.

certainly a wonderful rendition of the story. I would have loved to listen to the entire thing on my iPhone, but going online for act two was no real inconvenience. I can't wait for the next podcast!

This is not the complete version of the importance of being earnest :( . Although it is a good version of the first half , and is good quality for a free audiobook .

I admit to not having read the book but if my memory of the film is right then this is not the complete story. The characters are good but I feel like I missed something. Could this be a 2 part play ?

These are classic books, loved the Importance of Being Earnest! Of course they don't have modern novels, this is a "classics" collection, but great choices so far. However, they did only post the first half. Is that all we get, or will the second half be posted?

Done in a 40 minute round trip and laughed out loud in the car. Very smart adaptation

And lots more, By downloading the free audio books app. 3 stars for being helpful to those who don't know any better. Would be 5 stars if they had books written in this decade.

BOTH THE STORY AND THE NARRATOR WERE ENTERTAINING AND FUNNY. I WILL DEFINATELY BE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE MONTHLY AUDIO BOOKS NOW! TWO THUMBS WAY UP! PT 01/05/2009

Hey people....it's FREE. I thought the narrator did quite well, thanks. I do wonder where the ending is though. Thank you for putting out free audio classics.Read full review »

tres beau et inspirant. Pour tous ceux qui cherchent quelque chose de différent il faut juste écouter ca. On a pas a faire d'effort si ce n'est que de le vouloir, la paix est possible comme c'est écrit.

Listening to somebody read a Wikipedia entry is a not very impressive. Neither entertaining or informative.
PdxStoney via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 12/14/07
If for no other reason than a good laugh. When quoting a scientist within the text the narrator just does his best wizened-hobbity-old-man voice. Hilarity ensuses. Other than that its all nonsense; wildly fanciful transcendent speculation.Read full review »
