I am a yoga student of Barbara Benagh. I got my teacher training while raising 2 kids and have since adopted another. I taught for 12 years until last year, when I went back to work full-time to start saving/paying for college for my kids. I leave the house at 8 and don't get home til 6, to homework, dinner, laundry...
So though I want to love it all, sometimes its hard. It's unrelatable. I don't think they sell oatmilk in New Hampshire and I don't have time to go to a gym let alone practice yoga anymore so i slog out a run before work and stretch at my desk. My favorite cookies have frosting on them so I don't think they even count (but are delicious!). So I don't know, maybe a shout out to all of us who are connected in spirit but not reality, to the moms trying to live an authentic life within the confines of others schedules and needs, who are busy making cookies for other people to enjoy....”Read full review »
