Used to be a great show …
Has become predictable and one note - very woke. Often you can accurately guess the content of an interview based on the subject’s history and the fact that Gross & co. seldom challenge anything they say - which is not to say I wish they were combative - but this is beyond fawning, especially when the guest is an activist, historian or journalist who should be fine with some tough questions. - also the film reviews are unlistenable - that guy from Vogue has a voice for print only and Chang from The New Yorker is so camp he should be narrating John Waters’ films, not delivering thoughtful analysis.

OMG
I never thought I'd live to see this. This is definitely one of my favorites. Being outside of the States, there was just no way to listen to this very valuable show. Now, I can listen to this whenever, whereever I am. Thank you for making it available to the public.Read full review »
