“I’m not exactly sure how long she’s been doing her fabulous interviews but I was hooked after listening to my first program. I’m actually thinking it was 40(????) years ago. Is that possible? I was a freshman at U of Iowa. I told everyone who would listen to me to listen to Fresh Air!!! You soon had fans from here and there around the states.
In the early 90’s I think, my girlfriend wrote you a letter, asking for a signed photo of you. You graciously obliged. You still had your shoulder length hair. I love your hair now. Have you ever interviewed RBG?? We recently watched the documentary and loved it! She’s simply amazing.
