I love these ladies! They research topics so well and have such a nice variety of cases (not always murder). They present topics in an enjoyable way and are respectful to victims and their families. I love how they end each episode with something good. They are a pleasure to listen to and I look...Read full review »

Just found this wonderful, creepy, historic podcast. Everything about it is perfect. The two hosts are women who’ve never met but communicate as if best friends —one is in the US and one is in Austria. Each episode is very well researched and their co-telling the story only enhances the episode....Read full review »

Stories are always interesting. The additional background of the areas and regions provides historical context. Very often will learn about areas and things that I didn’t know about before. Kudos to these ladies!

Love the short stories and their banter… BUT don’t need emergency instructions disguised as a podcast like this last one 🙄

I love this podcast! The hosts make me smile. The stories are well researched, interesting, and varied such that no listener burnout from too much gore. The banter between the hosts elevates the content to a more human level. Admittedly, I go back and re-listen so that I can absorb more of the...Read full review »

These 2 honest and compassionate women bring true crime to a new standard. You will learn about history, geography, and true crime, through the lens of sometimes opposing, sometimes not viewpoints. They will make you laugh with their quirkiness, and make you appreciate the loved ones in your...Read full review »

I found this podcast in the past year. I very much enjoy their storytelling as well as their careful research. The fact that there is an American and a European perspective adds to the richness and color of their presentation. I now look forward to each new episode!

I could be irresponsible and blame my crappy job for the updated review I did when I didn't care for parts of this podcast, but the truth is that I just don't know what I was thinking. I came back to this podcast after a long time away, and it's really one of the best I've found...Read full review »

Great content - too many personal stories and commentary though. I lost interest and patience. I prefer no banter, getting to the point, without any fluff.

I just listened to episode 174 I think, and y’all said you were interested in knowing how people are finding your podcast. Love these women. Their podcast is the only one of its kind (two people talking about historical crimes) that I can listen to without feeling like I’m wasting my life an hour at a time.
