Friendly atheists, really?
I decided to give this podcast a whirl because my spouse recently confirmed he is now an atheist and listens to the podcast. I was hoping it was about dispelling the notion that you can not have values, morals, ethics outside of a religious framework and humanizing/giving voice to atheists but this is not that. While I can agree with the sentiments and opinions about the issues at hand, their delivery is anything but friendly. Angry, exaggerative and biased reporting is more like it. Delivery matters and I found this podcast emotionally draining. If your intent is to bring light to issues and affect change, maybe change your style? I think “The Angry Atheists” is more appropriate title for your podcast. Please do better- what you’re talking about is important.
