Focusing, documenting, strategizing, self accepting, managing anxiety and ADHD. All of these things are significantly easier when I have a journal. I’ve kept paper journals since I was in kindergarten, a blog since high school, and now I’m getting with the times and doing a podcast too! I would like to document my verbal communication and hopefully get more comfortable with it
