Description
We're getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving over here in America, and it's a big food holiday. Some of you might be totally stoked about the upcoming holidays, and some of you might be totally stressed. Wherever you are on this spectrum, I'm so glad you're here with me today, because we're going to spend some time assessing our intentions for this holiday season.   One of the biggest things that I see as an obstacle for the folks I work with is how stressful it can be when you're always striving to hit a specific weight loss goal. Now, some people are chasing weight loss, while others are chasing weight gain, or even strength training and toning up. No matter your weight loss goal, we can often place ourselves under so much pressure when we feel like we have to constantly chase the success of that goal.    A belief that has personally helped me to break free from the constant goal chasing, is that we go through seasons of health. So today, I'm going to help you learn how to assess what season of health you are in so you can adjust your food and body expectations accordingly. Because, nothing kills your motivation to grow more than misplaced expectations.    Let's get ready to align your healthy weight goal expectations with the empowered eating season you are in, so you can move into the holiday season with the mindset shift you need to truly enjoy this time of year.   Empowered Eating Workshop: https://jessbrownrd.ewebinar.com/webinar/how-to-eat-intuitively-and-hit-your-goals-without-wasting-another-minute-obsessing-about-food-7596   For more information on the Empowered Eating Method check out my FREE workshop: How to Eat Intuitively and Hit Your Goals or learn more about working with me 1:1 at jessbrownrd.com.   Cheers, and happy eating!  Jess
