Great Concept, Poor Execution
As a long-time fan of the show, I was excited when this podcast was announced as it's (finally) more content than the half-hour-a-week broadcast. The guests are fascinating and Sam does a good job showing her quick wit with her responses, follow-ups, and reactions. My frustration with this comes from its poor quality and editing. With everyone being home, podcasts have become evermore popular and everyone, it seems, has launched one. When compared to some of the other podcasts I'm listening to, this one has some obvious problems. Sam's mic is very echo-y and her producers' mics are hard to understand. The overall editing of the podcast isn't concise and a lot of extra fluff is left in. This could be so much more, but it needs some love and thought put in on the production-side.Read full review »

Love you Sam, sometimes during the interviews the comments (oh, ah) sound a little condescending. I know you don't mean it but I thought I'd say something. Can't wait for more episodes :)Read full review »

Samantha can talk about the serious issues we have going on right now, but still be funny and never bring me down. Love that she represents the women comedians in talk shows too.
