Eve is also the Executive Director of Food for Climate League, a women-led, trailblazing 501(c)3 nonprofit. It develops narrative strategies and behavioural design interventions to scale and democratise climate-smart food culture. In today’s chat Eve discusses her take on the rise of foodie culture, she shares insights on how to motivate sustainable food choices.
