This is not one of my traditional episodes but I though it was worth sharing.  Our friend and country legend Pam Tillis joined us on KRRM.  Pam is one of the best people you will ever meet.

Where do we start?  Ashley was a guest in the garage about 8 months ago.  Much has changed for her since then.  Covid-19 changed how we do our radio show together on Q100.3, how she does her job, and she also took on a part time job at a gym.  She has completely changed how she lives her life with fitness becoming a lifestyle.  We took a deep dive into all of the above over a bottle of Snoop Dogg wine.  Warning...there is some profanity!
