“After the first six podcasts, I loved the enthusiasm and picked up several books on your requests. After show twelve, I was wondering if the show had a narrow focus. Most suggestions are books written in the last twenty years. They are squarely coming from a woman's perspective. Plenty of magic and fantasy. You are terrific ambassadors for those genres and reading in general. It would be nice if another take visited your show, say a fiftysomething, white, English professor at a community college. I know that the world has heard enough from my demographic but an alternate perspective would keep your view fresh by having a counter balance.”Read full review »
