My goal with this podcast is to try and find legitimately interesting people who can hold a conversation. Luke is one such human. After recently writing his excellent book, Wanting, we spend over an hour talking about nearly everything else other than the book. Especially my favourite topic: the cult of experts. It was a pleasure to finally manage to sit down with Andrew and talk to him about courses, learning and how the hell you can actually promote this stuff without losing your mind. We also get into our evolving opinions of Twitter and promoting ourselves in general, how to do it whilst keeping sane, and how best we can launch courses that still feel genuine. After my first episode with Nick, I immediately wanted him back. This time we were to talk about more esoteric stuff (my words), stuff less related to performance. It was a pleasure having Nick on again, but we didn't get too deep into philosophy like I wanted to. That's for round 3. About NickNick Winkelman is the head of athletic performance and science for the Irish Rugby Football Union. His primary role is to oversee the delivery and development of strength and conditioning and sports...

I've known and connected with Benjamin through Twitter over the last year, and he's an excellent and wide-ranging thinker. I've been wanting to get him on the podcast for a while but it's mainly my schedule that has made it take this long to get together... In this chat we talk about everything from NFTs to the modern way of working, and why he recently left his job when he was asked to stop working from home. You'll enjoy this one. Colin is fascinating to me, because he does something that in the UK I couldn't even imagine happening for a long time: he sells weed legally. And not only does he sell weed, he sells a LOT of weed. As CTO of Unrivaled Brands—a publicly traded cannabis brand—Colin continues to push into new and bigger markets and build something pretty amazing. I got to sit down with him for nearly an hour and quiz him about how it all works. What about regulation? How do you manage different packaging and...

This episode is a fascinating look at how Emmy never stops and why she thinks that is. I discovered Ed Latimore on Twitter around 2015/2016. He was one of the only voices I found around that time talking sense on there and I loved everything he wrote. Fast forward quite a few years and it's a real honour for me to get to sit down and chat to him for an hour on the podcast. This conversation is far-reaching and wide-ranging. We cover a tiny bit about Twitter, but then we really get into some meaningful topics that I think you'll really enjoy. Ed is a great thinker and it was fun...

What is there really to say about Chris Williamson? A climbing YouTube and podcasting star with his excellent Modern Wisdom podcast, it was an honour to sit down with him for an hour and chat all things self improvement, realty TV, and rather surprisingly: how to work out when you have enough. We ended up on a tangent that lasts for the majority of the episode here that I think you'll really enjoy, and it's a topic not enough people are discussing in the improvement world. About ChrisChris is...

I recently had a chat with The Stoic Empire on a Twitter Spaces chat about the thread that we collaborated on: https://twitter.com/TheStoicEmpire/status/1379472448538742796 ("How to avoid wasting your life"). It was almost like a radio phone-in show where we had people asking very thoughtful questions and we did our best to answer them. This was a lot of fun and we'll probably do something similar again soon...if I can work out how to make the Twitter Spaces audio output a bit better.
