Sean O'Leary is a former coach who led Temple City High School to a CIF Championship in 2018. He also played in the NCAA D-II College World Series back in 2007 as a player. Sean has incredible knowledge of the game and is someone I greatly respect for his baseball IQ. We chat about how much the sport is changing at all levels and why technology has taken away the thinking man's advantage.
