As someone who has worked out for most of the last 20 years, I find his frequent reference to studies, both old and new, to be really helpful for tweaking my methods for improved performance. I don’t think you have to be a newbie to enjoy this podcast.
I also like that this podcast isn’t filled with weird advice to use infrared saunas or strange sponsors that will laser my reproductive organs. I’m interested in more mainstream and easily executed improvements on my fitness routines.
Best of all, Brock seems like a guy who’d hang out and talk to almost anybody at barbecue, fit or not. He’s a very friendly and accessible presenter.”
