Roz is an amazing storyteller!
Just from the preview you can tell this podcast is going to be amazing, Roz's storytelling had me on the edge of my seat! Okay ghost story time: I worked as a ghost tour guide in Orlando, Florida for two years. We used EMF detectors and went in old buidings, it was so fun and spooky. I had a lot of experiences with the spirits that were connected to the buildings we entered, but I guess because I was so used to them that not many stories about them immediately come to mind. What sticks out the most is the night a guest brought a spirit with them. I'm leading a group of 6 or 8 guests around downtown and when I stop the group to talk about the oldest funeral home in the area, I hear one of the girls gasp and start crying. Her EMF detector spiked and she told the rest of us why: "I have been asking my recently deceased best friend to give me a sign that she is still with us and this has to be her." At first I was skeptical because electricity makes EMF detectors go off, so I start asking questions. I ask the guest not to tell me her friend's name and ask the spirit to make the EMF meter spike when she hears the first letter of her first name. I go through the alphabet and the only time the meter goes off is when I say the letter J. The guest's friend's name was Jill! I let the guest take over at that point because I could tell she had some unfinished business with her friend. For ten minutes the guest has a full on conversation with her friend through the EMF meter and it was the most emotional experience I witnessed on any tour. Apparently there were some questions about how Jill had passed away because the guest (I totally forgot her name, y'all sorry) asked if Jill's boyfriend had anything to do with her death and then asked if Jill had commited suicide and then asked if her death was from natural causes. Jill only made the EMF meter go off at the last question. We were all tearing up at this point and the guest started talking about how everyone suspected the boyfriend, but that her obsession with trying to find something to blame wasn't healthy and she knew Jill would want her to move on from this and have a happy life. The EMF detector spiked right as she talked about moving on and we all started a group hug. The rest of us then gave her some space to let her continue to finish her conversation in private. Usually when we got activity, multiple people's meters would spike and a lot of times the meters would only flicker a little (there were 5 lights on the meter that would go from green to yellow to orange to red based on intensity), but throughout this whole encounter only the one woman's EMF detector went of and it always went to the red. I was so shook the rest of the tour and could hardly get through the next hour and a half! Hope this wasn't too long, can't wait to hear more of the podcast!Read full review »

What I like most about this podcast is how engaging Roz Drezfalez is. I love listening to the spooky tales and tune in whenever I see a new episode in my feed!

I want to love this so much, BUT I’m a loyal listener to A Funny Feeling podcast. Roz is pretty good, but Betsy and Marcy are both scarier and funnier (in my opinion). If you like this podcast, you should check out Funny Feeling!!!

This is a great idea and some of the episodes are enjoyable. But some of them are little obnoxious and the EVP “game” is so annoying. Just play the freaking EVP and just have the guest guess. This show needs a little more structure and interesting guests.
