Best comics podcast out there!
Moises' and John's insight into and advice about the wide world of comics, past and present, is incomparable. Their deep and broad knowledge of the topic, as well as their accessible and entertaining approach to discussing characters, stories, creators, and art in Giant Size makes it a "must-listen" for comics aficionados and new/lapsed fans alike. In addition, they offer great starting points for anyone who wants to get into comics, with reading suggestions focused not solely on Marvel and DC but including other publishers and indie comics, as well. As a big fan of pre-code horror comics, I especially appreciate their coverage of the important work being done at IDW preserving and making available to the public essential parts of comics history (in awesome editions!), like the Chilling Archive of Horror. Finally, their interviews with creators are far better and more interesting than anything you're going to find anywhere else. They don't *just* geek-out with their favorite writers and artists--they get at the things that make those specific issues or characters or stories or art extra special and something to remember. These guys know what they're doing. If you're going to listen to a comics podcast, make it this one!

Listening to Moises and John is awesome but the episodes that feature guests...Read full review »
