Jacky is the sole designer and founder of MCLC, the pop-perfection slow fashion footwear brand that you may have seen rocking your socks off everywhere from TikTok to Trixie Motel. In this episode, Phoebe and Jacky discuss how the daily need to find balance in an ever changing world led Jacky to create her breakthrough design, The Balancing Act Boot. We learn that Jacky takes on all the roles; from being a one-woman show who designs, produces, and even ships all her products, to taking on the full time role of mom and teacher for her family! All while paving the way to bring modernity to the footwear industry by staying affordable, pushing for sustainability, and offering size inclusivity!
