I love everything Kris Hallenga does, and this podcast is no exception. She's such a natural and gifted interviewer, there's never any pretension, she's so down to earth. She has five star guests all the way, from Dermot O'Leary to Nadia Hussein. It's a great mix of heavy and...Read full review »

Love this podcast. Kris is a very talented interviewer who gives her guests space to talk, and appreciates them too which is so lovely to hear. She uses her own life experience subtly to great affect as it encourages her guests to share more and get vulnerable, which personally reminds me I’m not...Read full review »

I’ve followed Kris’ journey for a long time now, and find her so inspiring. I loved her book and I’m so glad she decided to start a podcast too. I’m only a couple of episodes in and have to say, the guests have been just as inspiring as Kris. Great conversations. I can already tell this will be...Read full review »

Followed this as a result of a recommendation from Fearne on Happy Place. This podcast offers an angle of conversation that’s different to other podcasts. An insightful interviewer… amazing in someone so young. I’m in my fifties and I’m very much still learning. Definitely worth a follow.

I’ve seen Kris’s book in the shops and saw what looked like the same cover so was interested to hear this. Only 2 episodes so far but I listen to a lot of podcasts and this has something different to it which makes it a more interesting listen for me.
