“Pathetic would be an appropriate adjective to tag Shaw Media's podcast portfolio. Global's National News video podcast is always one day late and most frequently two and three days late. The iTunes listing for Global podcasts shows two links, one for the Global National News which functions properly and one for Vital Signs, Global's health podcast which, after many attempts to subscribe to I finally can say with confidence that this link does not function. Global's own web site has links to its podcasts which include 16:9, and once again Vital Signs. Neither of these links function, both links include iTunes links which lead the subscriber through a maze of web pages that end up nowhere. We,the expat Sunday Morning Breakfast Group in Kyoto, would like to state that Global is not.

“I have problems downloading the podcast on almost a daily basis. There is something wrong with the system that is feeding the links. I get broken links for the podcast. It would appear that the RSS feed is referencing a file that is not there. The "broken" links do eventually fix...”Read full review »
