By helping them to better understand themselves and their situations" This week, Jess talks to Dr Ari Tuckman a psychologist who specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD. He is the author of Better Sex Life, Better Relationship, More Attention, Less Deficit, and Understand Your Brain, Get More Done. He is a former vice president of ADDA and now has a practice in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where he works with adults and adolescents with attention challenges. They chat medication, the importance of strategies needed for a full ADHD life, what challenges ADHD can pose, and of course ADHD/non-ADHD adult relationships.
