“I just discovered I have ADHD and I am in my 40s. I have been absorbing information about ADHD everywhere: YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, ADDitude magazine and podcasts! This is my favorite! Other podcasts have experts and psychologists etc.... but this one is more fun! Jess is fun and informative from the perspective of a person living with it. As an American, her accent makes it a bonus for me, but she makes me smile and laugh talking about a serious thing. I only wish there were more episodes! Make more Jess!!!! I highly recommend this podcast for people new to ADHD and to friends and family members of someone with it. It’s hard to explain ADHD to others and having your friends and family listen to this is a great pathway for them to understand. LISTEN to this ADHD podcast before you listen to any others! I wish this was the first one I heard.”
