Thought provoking yet simple
Matt has just the right voice, the right tempo and the right quotes. Stoicism can be thick and difficult to understand when first delving into the ancient texts. Matt breaks it down for us in a way that makes you think ‘well of course, why haven’t I been thinking this way all along!’, hence my ‘Thought provoking yet simple’ title. He makes stoicism not seem like such a huge mind mountain to climb, by breaking down the fundamental principles in his own way, and it speaks to people. Thanks Matt! You rock mate!
