This is clear , good teaching.I truely appreciate the difference Stoic Philosophy makes in real life circumstances. As much as any content producer can give this or any generation, will serve anyone seeking to level up ,in the truest sense of the expression. This channel is a little gem!

This podcast stays on topic and is focused, with a fabulous economy of words. Zero self aggrandizement and the ads are relevant and short. It doesn’t hurt that the voice of the speaker is pleasant. I haven’t heard a single “um” or “like” yet, which is refreshing and welcome.

Excellent mix of life narrative and stoic insights without being preachy. A lot of stoic podcasts have this notion that wisdom and advice is being bestowed from on high. Matt’s approach is that of an old friend who says “Hey, you seem to be struggling...here’s what worked for me.” Do...Read full review »

Matt’s podcast is like listening to a long lost friend, back from a journey, sharing the secrets from his travels to the land of wisdom. The quality of the content is top notch. Matt has just the right voice, the right tempo and the right quotes. Stoicism can be thick and difficult to understand when first delving into the ancient texts.
