Today on the Podcast we sat down with my friend and gym brother Sam Aldrich. We spoke about his body building career and his now cinematography-based career. Moving to Nashville from Wisconsin, Steroid abuse in his past and in the body building community, whether the Liver King is natty or not, as well as digging into my own past struggles and at a time nearly fatal struggle with eating disorders and body dysmorphia.
