His resume is as impressive as it gets: Scout for the Colorado Rockies, Owner of the Baseball Warehouse, Founder of the Teamwork Unlimited Foundation and Autism Awareness Challenge baseball tournament, former Rutgers Baseball coach. Garlatti spent his playing days at Highland Park High School (NJ) before playing in college at the University of Tampa and Ramapo College.
