Dr. Carmen Sclafani is a Rutgers Baseball Alum as well as a recent of Columbia University where he earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Nooch - as he is affectionately known grew up as a football and baseball player in Toms River before ultimately deciding to accept a college baseball scholarship at Rutgers University. Always an excellent student, Sclafani now works as a resident PT in Philadelphia spending time with the Temple football program as well as the Phillies and 76ers. He has spent time working with the Cincinnati Reds and a host of other mentors, facilities, and programs. This conversation features insight into time management as a college student-athlete, athletic development and the recruiting process, the physical therapy field, the value of goals and support networks, college summer ball memories, and Rutgers University pride.
