Episode 41: The Murder of Martha Moxley
Listen now
Description
The night before Halloween, 1975, 15 year old Martha Moxley left her home and went out with friends for mischief night. When Martha failed to return home, a search ensued that ended in the discovery of Martha’s body on her own property. Despite police efforts to find Martha’s murderer, her case went cold, with no arrests being made until 2000. Marina tells us how that arrest ended in a murder conviction, but that conviction was reversed after extensive appeals leaving the family and the state with no one to answer for Martha’s death.
