My favorite podcast to run to
I can always count on The Grounded Pod to get me in the mood to run. Like a good friend, it keeps me motivated to keep going. I love hearing about running from a Native perspective and hosted by a Native person/people. The Yatika episode was awe-inspiring, the dude is like the energizer bunny! I loved hearing from the brilliant and positive mind of Ashleigh Thompson. Lydia Jennings’ passion made me want to go out and get my PhD. I love hearing from the many beautiful human beings and indigenous souls out there in this world. Miigwech!
