I love the host of this podcast. She is smart, honest and thoughtful about not just running, but music, people, and social justice. She is herself super funny and is great with her guests.

I’m such a fan of this podcast! I have learned so much from each of the guests, and from Dinée herself. We need more runners hearing the stories of BIPOC runners, Native runners, and activists. And OMG the episode with her Mom made me cry. This should be required listening. :)

I love Grounded. I come away from each episode feeling emotionally uplifted and fed. Sometimes it leaves me smiling, sometimes crying (but in a good way.) Since its launch, Grounded pod has quickly become my favorite running-related podcast. Don’t know how I have missed this podcast. Listened to one episode, interview with Dustin Martin (Wings director), and I’m hooked. Dinee is so good at letting the guest carry the conversation and getting at really important parts of . . . their lives, their work, their perspective.

Just listened to the Billy Mills episode and was moved by his suffering, his achievements, and his remarkable grace. It is very good for me to learn from native voices.

A wonderful exploration of how runners are a diverse group of folks but remain one family. Our common love of running unites and supports us all throughout the many adversities and challenges we face.
