I’ll be sharing a checklist that you can run through when you find yourself in a situation where nobody seems to be buying.   Firstly, I want to recognise the fact that this is NOT a disaster. As I’ve said before, entrepreneurship and running a business is simply a big collection of experiments, and clearly the variables you’re currently working with aren’t working – so simply get into problem solving mode.
