Your “I don’t need anyone; I can’t depend on anyone; I have to do everything myself” really means your needs may not have been met and people have failed you, so as a response, you’ve learned to be your own support. You do need people and you don’t have to do everything by yourself. Tune in to this episode as I discuss hyper-independence, some signs and how we can overcome it.  Join our community: Instagram: @growinggardeniaspodcast Listen on other platforms:  https://linktr.ee/growinggardeniaspodcast Connect with Niara: Instagram: @msniarajasmine TikTok: @msniarajasminee --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/growing-gardenias/message
