If you've been to a nightclub in Vegas or LA, there's a good chance you've seen today's guest before: DJ Vice. And while many people know Vice as the resident DJ of Vegas's biggest clubs, not many people know that the man is a runner! In fact, he's run a mile a day every day for the last four years. Sometimes he runs further than a mile; like when he ran the LA marathon in 2019. Today's interview features an awesome conversation with one of the most disciplined human beings I've ever met. If...

Parker Olson is surely one of the most unique individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He's an entrepreneur, an adventurer, and in 2021 - he became an Ironman (having never even done a triathlon or other endurance event before signing up). Using inexpensive used equipment, goofy outdated apparel, and homemade whole food endurance fuel - the man was able to keep his 'all in' costs to a meager $2k. This episode is perfect for anyone that's been putting off their dream of a 140.6...

The idea for this episode was inspired by a question I received from a listener asking how to apply psychological persuasion principles to resume building. So, behold, the serial position effect! Disclaimer: I've never been hired for a job that required me to submit a resume... only rejected, twice... So I'm probably not the best person to take resume advice from. However, the serial position effect is both real and at play in everyday life! The content in this episode will be valuable...
