“I put in the 1 hour sleep meditation on a day I got on a very early, bus flight. I was very anxious. I put the podcast on and actually tuned everything out, went into a meditative state for the first time ever, for an hour. I didn’t even know if we had taken off when I finished. Not sure how but I recommend it.”
