Gym Class Revolution
We’re on a mission to promote exercise not as a means for weight loss, but as a tool for self-care. On this show, we talk about physical activity beyond the usual gym workouts to revolutionize what exercise means and transform your self care. This podcast was created specifically for marginalized communities because not all fitness spaces were created for us so We focus on experiences from black indigenous people of color, LGBTQ folks, and folks with disabilities. With this focus, we aim to make exercise more accessible, so that it’s positive effects will reverberate throughout our communities.
