More about self improvement than happiness
I liked the first episodes the more I heard the more neurotic it all started to feel. We don’t need to be tidy all the time or have perfect posture or be productive or get the perfect amount of sleep… etc etc… to be happy. I’d love to hear more about pleasure and joy and less about new rules, restrictions and self control, personally. But maybe that’s because I already have routines and habits that work for me and I have a base of general happiness and balance. Either way, the content wasn’t really for me in terms of being happier.
