Enjoyable with some useful ideas.
I have been listening for about six months. There are lots of cute tips and ideas. The four tendencies concept is central — remembering that people handle things differently is really helpful. For instance I have been losing weight by joining weight watchers and taking compliments as encouragement. Others need to be self motivated. But don’t take it too seriously. Sometimes I just don’t get it. Too much focus on ME. The aphorisms like “choose the bigger life” don’t fit all cases. And one pet peeve. They seem to think that cooking at home is unusual. Cooking at home is healthier, tastier, more controlled and cheaper. And conducive to family togetherness. So consider it.
