The first podcast I listen to regularly
I enjoy reading Gretchen Rubin’s blog about happiness and was excited when she came out with a podcast. The podcast is only twenty minutes, but it is a great way to review and think about her different strategies on happiness. The entertainment value is added with her younger sister, Elizabeth. It is so interesting hearing two different personality types (Gretchen is Type A and Elizabeth is more laid back), from two different places (Gretchen lives in NYC and Elizabeth in LA, but both originally midwesterners like me) with a similar facility for language (they are both professional writers) discuss how the strategies apply to their every day lives. It is the perfect podcast to listen to while exercising, cleaning or in your hotel room on a work trip. I hope to hear new podcasts for years to come! I love them!

You have to "grit your teeth” through some of the more “me,me,me“ self- indulgent parts …But overall I love it. Also some great hints /tips. Well done Gretchen + sister. ( Elizabeth)Read full review »
