Full of self promotion
At the creation of Happier, the podcast brought novel ideas, and it felt very engaging and useful. Now it feels like self-promotion. Gretchen does a lot of “advertising” for her products. The subject matter has downshifted from occasionally wise to often trite. Maybe too much of a good thing?
