Quick burst of positive energy
Gretchen’s research and advice on happiness and habits is easy to understand and try out. Gretchen’s Upholder personality makes her the perfect person to set goals, patterns, habits, and try them out consistently. I aspire to be Gretchen. Alas, I am much more like her sister, Elizabeth, who is a bit crankier, very realistic and down-to-earth. I aspire to be Gretchen-like, but I struggle daily like Elizabeth! They are the perfect duo to offer advice.
